2 Peter 3:18
"But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen."
Our theme this Camp was “Growing Together” with reflection on 2 Peter 3:18. We hope that this camp provided an open space where Pacific Islander young people can grow deeper in faith together. Each day was dedicated to the following topics: “Growing in Grace”, “Growing in Knowledge”, and “Growing in Christ”. Together, we helped develop a greater understanding of Christ’s love and it is this love that we share together that will help us stay firmly planted in our faith as we weather the storms of life.
Over these four-days, we explored the gifts and challenges of their unique multi-cultural context; their understanding of the gospel in hopes of finding clarity and direction for God’s calling. Together we will learn, grow, and share the love of Christ.
